STEP ONE: Agreement for Services
Our Agreement for Services will be emailed to you directly from AdobeSign; instructions for your electronic signature will be provided in the email—we cannot start before you sign this document.
STEP TWO: Fill Out Our Getting Started Form
Other therapist take up to four sessions just to collect that background information on your marriage. When you provide this up front, we can get right to work in the first session!
This step will take you some time but the information we are asking you to provide here will focus my ability to help you. You may dictate the answers from your phone or type on a computer. Do not worry about grammar or punctuation.
However, skip over any sections you feel are irrelevant or uncomfortable to answer.
