When video is the better choice
Miami traffic can turn a useful appointment into the hardest part of the evening. Video removes the drive, the parking, and the handoff with a sitter. I work by video across Florida and in all 50 states and DC. It is the same direct coaching, not a smaller version of it.
If both of you can close a door, put the phones away, and stay in the conversation, video works. If home is where every interruption lives, come to the office. Choose based on attention, not on which format sounds more serious.
